I know yard work is not considered a workout, but you just can't help but notice how much of your muscles you use to push the lawn mower thru the thick grass. it's definitely a cardio strength training all mixed up into one. Grass was extra long because of all the rain. I finish hot and sweaty just like a workout, maybe more. It's not going down as a workout but it should. Spent about 2 hours - mowing, edging and blowing.
